Dear buyers!

1.  For courier delivery, look into the package with kelagai to make sure that you have received the kelagai of exactly the color you need and it is better to return it immediately if you are not satisfied with the color (when dyed by hand, color fluctuations are quite strong even within one batch). In this case, the courier service is still paid. Therefore, if you are looking for a specific shade of kelagai, we recommend that you check availability and choose personally, rather than ordering courier delivery.

2. If you buy personally - check all the points: spots, threads, holes. We are people too, and we can simply not notice the marriage. When purchasing, there is no possibility to check the goods by the piece - 50 or more units of goods are taken at the same time.

3. Return or exchange of kelagai is possible within 3 (three) days from the date of purchase. You can exchange for a product of the same price range or for a more expensive one with the condition of paying the difference in price. You can only return or exchange in person, in which case the delivery service does not work.

4. If you purchased kelagai through a courier service, then upon return, the cost of kelagai is refunded, but the cost of delivery is not refunded, since this service is provided by the courier service.

5. When sending by mail and when delivering around the city, all kelagai are checked for quality. But, if you are not satisfied with your kelagai for color or other reason - return and exchange at the expense of the buyer.

6. We reserve the right to refuse a return-exchange if the product has traces of wear, a strong fragrance of perfume, traces of washing, damage to the kelagai and as a result of improper care of the product. For the proper care of kelagai, we supply our products with a label for the care of silk products in three languages: Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
